The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

My biggest concern was the dealership's sales practices. Even after I clearly declined certain add-on products and services, they continued trying to include them. I found this frustrating and felt that my decisions as a customer were not fully respected. Once I said no, I expected that decision to be accepted without continued pressure.

Sales team is great. We walked in without an appointment and only waited five minutes to see someone. We were able to test drive the vehicle we had come to see. The used car was expertly cleaned and I'm great shape.

The biggest problem I encountered was cars were not serviced in the order they were scheduled. I brought my car in at 10:00a, and because I didn't wait in the waiting room, every other car was serviced prior to mine. I feel it is imperative that cars get serviced in order of appt. Just because I didn't wait in the waiting room should have no bearing on when my car is ready. As a matter of fact it wasn't ready until closing time. That was completely unacceptable.

My daughter and I purchased a new CX-5 last year for her. The sales experience was first rate. Came in looking for used CX-5s however they made us a great deal on a brand new instead. Since my daughter was planning to keep it indefinitely made the most sense to spend a little more and get brand new. Recently test drove a Miata with Ismael. He was very helpful even had the cars pulled around to the shade for my appointment.

I took my CX 90 for oil change, Erik has been my service advisor since day one, He was not in his front desk...was so busy attending other customer at that time. Awesome guy. I stand and wait no big deal...then Elijah asked and offer his help. Good man, Thanks Elijah. the service was done in a little over 1 hour. Fast, efficient and reliable service. I am a 74 year old widow and have never bought a car by myself! I list my husband in August 2025! Gabe and Cesar made my experience amazing! It was never stressful and I never felt pressured! I walked out of the dealership feeling like I made an excellent deal! And my husband would have been proud!

Bought a 3 years car service package when bought my car. But after visiting few times found out there are always something extra to pay. the labor cost for the 30k miles service was over $1150, parts over $100. Car has no problem before getting this check up. I know it's a major service at 30k miles. But it's pricy to my opinion. Just a head up for anyone interested in the service there.
Marie was a wonderful sales person. She was patient and explained every feature and the differences between the various model. She followed up in a nice way without a lot of pressure and was clear with what discounts she could or could not do. The only area that was less than 100% was we waited for over 30 minutes to meet with the finance manager to sign the paperwork. Once we met with him he was great so the end result was good but the wait was unnecessary and seemed to be caused by just Marie and him not communicating adequately.
Concord Mazda got my CX-5 in tip top shape for a summer road trip. They kept me informed about what my car needed, I won't take it anywhere else!

This review has been over due. Two months ago We traded in our Camry TRD and purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-70. We honstly didnt know what model was the rite fit but Jordi asked us a couple question and ultimately landed betweeen a cx70 or 90. Me and my wife went home and thought about it for two weeks. From the moment we walked in we were surprised how nice the dealership was. We were greeted immediately and our salesperson Raul came out and took us on a test drive of the Mazda MX5 RF. We drove both the automatic and the manual and ended up purchasing the manual. The process was smooth and everything was explained clearly. I’ve purchased about 10 cars from dealerships(mostly used)in my lifetime and this dealership might be the easiest one I’ve ever worked with. Their price was fair and transparent. They didn’t try to sneak in any extra fees like one of the other Bay Area Mazda dealers did!
Upon finding a gasket leak they immediately got me a loaner vehicle. Work was complete the next morning, as promised.

Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so. Solid and clear communication and was never pushy in providing answers to my varied questions. I highly recommend Capitol Ford, and suggest you speak with Robert when visiting the dealership.

My purchase took a bit of back and forth, mainly because the car I wanted to buy kept getting small exterior damages (scratches and dents) out in the parking lot by visitors.
