Alex and his follower Damien did a great job, going above and below to make the best use of my pre-paid service. They even re-loaded my software in case of bugs and paired my new phone for me. It all took longer than I expected but well worth the wait. While I was waiting and knowing I needed new tires I comparison shopped and found Mazda had the best deal going though selection limited.
Staff is great. They provide good coffee and some desks for people waiting, with wi-fi. In the past, they have provided a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. This particular visit was for a recall. No charge, and they did the usual visual inspection -- finding nothing that needed work. The only caveat I would offer is that on one prior occasion their price was a great deal higher for some front end work than a local shop. I had a very positive experience dealing with Concord Mazda. I mainly dealt with Barry Baker and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was without a car when I was shopping and the dealership was great about picking me up and getting me over to see the cars and discuss my options for buying. Team Jalil!! I don't know what else I can say that will prove how happy I am with Concord Mazda except that I have purchased 3 cars from Jalil and his team in 2019. I very much appreciate the team work and the attention to detail they provide. All 3 of us were very well cared for and it was obvious they all had our best interest in mind when working on finding our cars and putting together our financing. This is the 2nd Mazda CX-5 I have leased from DGDG in Concord and again I was very happy with the entire experience. I was somewhat indecisive and visited the dealership 3 times (multiple test drives) trying to decide what color and package to get, but "Sammy" (Anibal Seminario) was very patient, informative and supportive. Finally with every question answered (emails and texts) I finally decided to go with the Grand Touring with the premium package - 3 days later and I still absolutely love it. Thank you Sammy for bearing with me, being a patient and true professional throughout the process.
Very friendly staff and fast service. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Self service free coffee is offered. Would recommend this place and will come back soon.
Add some more enthusiasm for Robert and Anibal (Sammy). They were very proactive and responsive over a 3-month deliberation period while we compared against a half-dozen other models (and all their trim levels... overwhelming amount of info). We test-drove twice, weeks apart, and Robert was patient & informative for us. Not too much pressure to choose Mazda, just information and a little shade thrown at the others! When we'd decided Mazda was the car we wanted, again they were proactive and responsive to make sure that it was going to be one of theirs that we bought.
