Pretty expensive if you don't have a maintenance lease, other than that really friendly and pretty compliant with timing and services.
My bf and I were car hunting for something compact and decided to give Mazda a try. After a nice test drive and some talks, we ended up with a new vehicle! Neither of us has owned or leased a car for years, so this was a major decision. We wanted to feel comfortable (not pressured) as we made our car choice. After about 3 weeks, the blindspot sensor malfunctioned on our new car. Because Marin Mazda is at least 10 miles closer, Alan took it there to be serviced. You can read the details in my review here: yelp.com/biz/marin-mazda… The folks here at Concord Mazda were quick to sort it out, take responsibility and make it right. At no time were they evasive or defensive. They--and we--think the damage must have happened at the port by the third party agency that unloads the cars off the boat from Japan. We think they put on a new bumper and didn't disclose what happened; the car showed no damage externally. Eric, Shawn and Earl were great to work w/. The dealership absorbed any extra fees, of which there were a couple. We got the new car yesterday, red rather than blue. Not just red, but candy apple red, and we look forward to a long partnership w/ it.. It is gorgeous and we are pleased. It is no accident that Concord Mazda has so many 5 star reviews.

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had. Just when you want to give up, and tired of feeling pressured... You go to Concord Mazda and it's awesome! Great friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable service. They are not pushy at all!!! They made me feel relaxed and the whole experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend!!

Marin Mazda didn't anwer when I called three times in a day, and took a week to get back to me. Concord, on the other hand, picked up the first time and was able to schedule me within a couple days. They also were clear about pricing--$175 for a diagnostic. When I got there, I sat down with Lance. He was great, asking me all sorts of detailed questions about my problem and taking thorough notes. He explained how they would approach the troubleshooting, what the labor costs were, and what I could expect time-wise. He also printed me a map to BART when I declined their courtesy shuttle (it's only a 15 minute walk). Within a couple days, they had identified and fixed the problem, and all for way cheaper than I'm used to walking away from any professional repair. I highly recommend Concord Mazda Service Center.
