Was on the market for the freshman college student commuter car. Walked into Mazda Concord and Kyle right away offered used Toyota Camry Hybrid. It was a love from the first sight! Overall got excellent car, great customer service from Kyle and Robert @ Mazda Sales, and very easy finance transaction from their finance manager Arman! Will definitely shop there again in the future!!!

Really liked this dealer, and especially their new guy Ethan Bais. He is actually an employee from a different dept. but got promoted to sales like a week ago. He knows everything about their cars, even older models. He loves driving Mazdas and is totally honest about strengths and weaknesses about different models. He doesnt bring any bad sales habits into the convo. Partly because he is new in sales, but also because he is just a good guy and clearly liked by his team. He even let us go with him over to their service dept. To have their guy Laurence check out a fluid spill on an engine part, that turned out to be harmless. They didnt try to hide anything and cover up and polish the engine covers to make the car seem flawless when in fact there was a little spill on it from a repair they did. They showed us all the repair records and gave us detailed info beyond Carfax. Their finance guy Eric was also great. Friendly and honest, he didn't try to undercut or disparage the credit union we already had come in with just so he could finance it under their people. Turns out he was familiar w them and made sure the best interest rate was achieved. And the way he worked with Ethan was so refreshing. No egotistical competition or snarky stuff. They clearly all get along as a team to help us get what we wanted. When we wanted a different color than they had on the lot, they did an inventory search to help us. We have been to dozens of dealers and test drove dozens of cars. This was by far the best one. Mazda really gets it about the horse and rider driving experience in their cars. And the no commission philosophy for their salespeople removes the hard pressure tactics and makes acquiring the car just as easy and fun as driving one. We loved working with Ethan, and think he has a good future ahead of him. Its fun to support that and feel like you are part of something good about the future and that there are young people out there that are willing to work hard to earn your trust and respect. He is positive about the future and made us feel that way too.
I had a wonderful experience at Concord Mazda when purchasing a new CX-5. Everyone who helped me was personable, friendly and professional! I never felt that I was being tricked or pressured. Marie was my sales associate and she made me feel I was in great hands the entire time. Great job Concord Mazda!!

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. Robert (Sales associate) and his GM Eric really took care to make sure the buying experience went well. It was a no pressure environment, they really just wanted to get me in the right car. I ended up buying a new CX 5 after a couple of visits. I wasn't sure what I wanted going in but they were patient and helped me find the right vehicle. The staff was knowledgable about the cars and even all of the complex features (you would not believe how many car salesmen I have encountered that don't know how to use the new tech on today's cars). I would recommend for anyone interested in a new ride to check these guys out first! It's a small lot on site but they have a big inventory so I would even call first so they can bring around the cars you want to check out ahead of time.
