This is a overdue review of my recent service experience at Concord Mazda. I brought my vehicle in for service after multiple poor service experiences at another Mazda dealership in the Bay Area, in hopes that the service would be better. I dropped my car first thing in the morning for a morning appointment to diagnose a vehicle operational issue. I ended up sitting at the dealership all day (5pm) waiting for the service department to investigate my issue. What I got out of this experience was someone spending 20 minutes with the vehicle at the end of the day and then telling me there was nothing visibly wrong with my car and they couldn't replicate the issue. In addition, they basically told me directly that I did not know how to operate the vehicle that I had owned for over three years. There was clearly a visible issue with the vehicle and I found it amazing that the service department did not see any problems. As soon as the vehicle was turned back over to me I immediately replicated the issue in the Concord Mazda parking lot. I went back into the service department and explained the situation and was told I would need to schedule another appoint which was infuriating after already wasting an entire day. I left the dealership with a loss of $300 and 10 hours of my time. My frustration forced me to bring my vehicle to non-Mazda specific repair shop who was able diagnose and repair the issue with my vehicle for a fraction of the time and cost it took Concord Mazda to diagnose nothing. Very frustrating experience. I don't plan to bring my business back to this dealership or any other Mazda dealership in the area, especially when it deals with diagnosing problems. The experience felt like such a scam.

Extremely rude and disrespectful sales lady. A female “senior sales consultant” approached me outside and yelled at me for not purchasing a car after a few days, said I was "wasting everyone's time", and had a temper tantrum when I indicated I would be working with someone else. I arrived at this dealership with full funds are well prepared to purchase a vehicle. I am so disappointed ty the poor level of service.

Ethan was very great. He showed me 3 different cars and did a great job explaining each one. He was very patient and helped me run all the numbers for all the different options. Never felt any pressure from him or his team to buy. Only downside is that their price was not the most competitive of 3 comparable bids. I gave Ethan last look to match but he couldn’t. I appreciate the honesty and efforts. BTW. This Mazda dealership needs more customer parking spaces!

All in all it was an easy experience buying a new car from Concord Mazda. There was no high pressure salesmanship, just friendly sales people who answered my questions. Everyone was great.

Overall, my experience at Concord Mazda has been great! Marie Antoinette Ang helped choose the perfect model for me, which ended up being the Mazda 3. Marie was knowledgable, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions and did so much to ensure we were happy with our new car. Overall, my experience at Concord Mazda has been great! Marie Antoinette Ang helped choose the perfect model for me, which ended up being the Mazda 3. Marie was knowledgable, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions and did so much to ensure we were happy with our new car. She even drove the exact model/color I wanted (which was not available at this dealership at the time) from the San Jose location to Concord the next day just so I could receive my car sooner! Bumi Lawani also helped us on the finance end, and he was very friendly and professional as well. He was thorough in explaining everything to us and was a fun guy to work with! Both Marie and Bumi made my first car purchase smooth and enjoyable!

This was my second new car purchase in my life, and this couldn't have been any easier. I worked with Ed, he was able to find me a car that fit into my budget, and also with all the features that I wanted. When I told Ed I would be unable to make it in to sign the paperwork, he had a salesperson drop the car off to my doorstep! Over 70 miles away! What a great experience, I couldn't be happier.
